Our accommodation
We have a range of accommodation including:
- 59 Single rooms with en-suite facilities to ensure complete
privacy. All rooms have digital t.v and radio, Wifi and air
conditioning for self pay and insured patients.
- Multi bedded day ward
- High Dependency Unit
Call button
Should you require anything at anytime, please do not hesitate
to call the nursing staff via the nurse call button located in the
bedside handset. Our staff will endeavour to answer the call as
quickly as possible.
Meals
All meals are cooked fresh on site and our meal service provides
a wide variety of choice. You will be given a menu daily from which
to make your selection.
Parking
Free hospital car parking including disabled parking bays are
available close to the hospital.
Personal laundry
Your needs in this area are best arranged with family and
friends as the hospital has no facilities to cater for this.
Pharmacy
We have an on site pharmacy open from 9.00am to 5.00pm Monday to
Friday, 9.00am to 1.30pm Saturday. Take home medication is arranged
on an individual basis.
Smoking
Smoking is not permitted within the hospital or the hospital
grounds.
Telephones
Telephones are provided at the bedside of each patient and are
direct-dial for local, STD, ISD, and mobile calls but all calls
will be charged for. Public telephones are also located in the main
foyer of the hospital.
Television
Individual are provided free-of-charge. A single handset by your
bed allows you to selection of free view television channels.
Visiting hours
Visiting hours are between 9.00am to 9.00pm. Access out of these
hours is via intercom at main entrance.
We do ask that you be considerate to others in the hospital.
Lots of noise and many people can be very distressing to some
patients. Please respect their need for rest and privacy. Children
are very welcome but they must be supervised by an adult at all
times.
We also request that visitors do not sit on the beds in patient
rooms to help with infection control. If more chairs are requires
for visitors, please ask a nurse.
