How to refer
GP’s can refer a patient for outpatient consultation, diagnostic
tests or treatments.
Please write to the appropriate Consultant. Appointments may be
made by telephone on: 0800 564 2877
(24 hours).

Rivers Hospital is a recognised NHS Treatment Centre and
welcomes NHS referrals for its services, subject to prior
arrangements with NHS healthcare purchasers.
